Mduduzi Gobeni has 19 years’ experience in Automotive industry, having occupied various roles from Dealer level to manufacturing as well as learning Academies. He holds a college Diploma in Motor mechanic with a Trade test qualification from Merseta. He is a Certified OEM multi brand Technical Trainer, High Voltage Technician (Electric Vehicles), Assessor, Moderator, Production Quality Auditor and Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Science.
I have worked in different countries including South Africa, England and Swaziland on various products such as BMW, Mini, Toyota, VW, Audi, Mazda and Ford. My experience expands from Dealer operations as an apprentice to Service manager, manufacturing as a quality control Auditor, learning and development as a trainer to operations manager in Automotive industry.

Passionate about people and organisational development, Letitia started her professional career in 2001 as Co-founder of a training organisation specialising in the skills development of staff in the public sector. After 10 years as entrepreneur, she ventured into the corporate environment working as General Manager and BusinessConsultant for organisations in various industries, including tertiary education, consulting and automotive. She is a skilled Organisational Development and Management professional that aligns Learning & Development Strategy withBusiness Strategy to optimise performance and drive organisational change.

She possesses more than 20 years of experience in business consulting, specialising in identifying corporate training needs, creating and delivering learning and development strategies, and supporting management teams in implementing blended learning frameworks. She inspires organisations to increase employee engagement, talent management and creates an inclusive culture of learning that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.
